1. Introduction

Welcome to Faith’s Beauty Spa and Mobile. By booking with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. They help ensure you receive professional, high-quality service while protecting both you and our business.

2. Booking and Confirmation

To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit must be paid within 48 hours.

All bookings are personally reviewed and confirmed by Faith. If the deposit or required details aren’t received, your appointment may be delayed or declined.

3. Consultation and Patch Testing

All clients must complete a consultation form before their appointment. Some services require a patch test 24 to 48 hours in advance. If these requirements are not met, we may cancel or postpone your service to protect your safety.

4. Payment Terms

We accept cash, card, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.

The remaining balance (if any) is due at the end of the appointment. All fees are charged in GBP.

Please note: Card payments may incur a small additional charge

5. Punctuality and Delays

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete check-in and enjoy a relaxed start to your treatment. We do our best to run on time, but if an unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

*For mobile appointments, please allow up to a 30-minute delay due to potential unexpected traffic conditions.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service amount.

7. Refund Policy

All completed services are non-refundable unless a proven fault occurs on our part. If you cancel with the required notice, your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment. After the 48-hour deadline, deposits may be forfeited at our discretion.

8. Health and Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions or recent procedures before your appointment. Children or additional guests are not permitted unless agreed in advance. We aim to maintain a calm, safe environment for everyone.

9. Feedback and Resolution

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns following your treatment, please contact us promptly. We will work with you to resolve any issues and maintain a high level of service.

10. Data Protection and Changes to Terms

We comply with GDPR when handling your personal information. All records are kept confidential and securely. We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
